Shipping Policy

Good Shutter ships throughout the continental United States. All shutters ship from our workshop in Richfield, Utah.

Processing Time

Standard orders ship within 5-10 business days from order confirmation. Custom finishes or bulk orders may require additional lead time — we'll notify you if that applies to your order.

Transit Time

• Ground shipments: 3-5 business days in transit
• Freight orders (larger orders): 5-10 business days in transit, delivered curbside

Freight Deliveries

Large freight shipments may require pickup at a local hub if the truck cannot access your delivery location. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery beyond the curb.

Address Changes

Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout. Address changes requested after shipment may incur a re-route fee and delay delivery.

Important Notes

• Do not schedule installation until shutters have arrived and been inspected.
• Inspect all shutters carefully upon delivery and report any damage within 30 days.
• We cannot replace or refund orders moved from their original drop-off location.
