How to Get a Quote

Email info@goodshutter.com with:

  1. Project name and location
  2. Approximate number of shutter pairs needed
  3. Shutter style (Board & Batten, X-Bar, Z-Bar, Horizontal Slat, or mix)
  4. Finish/color preference (or Unfinished for custom staining)
  5. Target install date
  6. Any special sizing needs beyond our standard 36″-84″ heights

We reply within 1 business day with a formal quote, timeline, and freight estimate.

Custom Sizes

Standard heights are 36″, 42″, 48″, 54″, 60″, 66″, 72″, and 84″ — each panel 14″ wide. For custom sizing (unusual window heights, oversized windows, historically-accurate proportions on landmark restorations), we can accommodate orders of 20+ pairs. Email us with specs.

Terms

  • 50% deposit at order confirmation, balance due before shipment
  • Net-30 terms available for established accounts
  • Damage claims within 30 days of arrival (same policy as retail orders)
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins

Questions before you send project details? Just email — we prefer to talk through the project first for larger builds.
